What we collect

• Transaction data — listings you view, cards you bid on, packs you open. Used to power your account history and personalize the platform.
• Communications — messages you send through the platform, support requests, and consignment inquiries.
• Device data — IP address, browser, and device identifiers for fraud prevention and platform reliability.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or any third party.
• We do not run programmatic advertising on the platform. There is no ad network watching you here.
• We do not share your collection or transaction history with anyone unless you explicitly publish it (e.g. by making your collection public).
• We do not share data with non-essential vendors. The third parties we use are payment processors, shipping carriers, and anti-fraud services — and only the data they need to do their jobs.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication, cart state, and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. We use one privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible) which does not set persistent identifiers and does not track users across sites.

Your rights

International transfers

BBM BOYZ is based in Tokyo. Your data is processed in Japan and the United States, with data-processing agreements in place that meet GDPR adequacy standards.
