Every card sold through the BBM BOYZ vault is backed by an unconditional authenticity guarantee. If a card we authenticated is later proven counterfeit, altered, or materially mis-described, we make you whole.

What we guarantee

For every card sold through BBM BOYZ:

  • The card is genuine. Not a counterfeit, reprint, or unlicensed reproduction.
  • The card is unaltered. Not trimmed, recolored, restored, pressed, or otherwise modified to deceive.
  • The card is correctly described. Year, set, player, manufacturer, and grade all match the listing.
  • The slab is intact. Tamper-evident seal unbroken, holographic mark genuine, sub-grades as printed.

What happens if we're wrong

If you believe a BBM BOYZ-authenticated card you purchased fails any of the above, you may file a claim within 180 days of receipt (or, if vaulted, within 180 days of the date you would otherwise have received the card). We require:

  1. The card returned in the same condition as shipped.
  2. An independent third-party authentication report (PSA, BGS, or SGC) supporting the claim, paid by us if the claim is upheld.
  3. Reasonable cooperation with our investigation.

If the claim is upheld, you receive — at your election:

  • A full refund of the purchase price, plus return shipping.
  • Replacement with an equivalent card, where available.
  • A vault credit equal to the purchase price plus 10%, applicable to any future purchase.

What this doesn't cover

  • Subjective grade disagreement. If a third party regrades a 9.5 to a 9, that's not a claim — that's a difference of opinion in a subjective system. We'll listen, but the guarantee is about authenticity, not grade-on-grade subjectivity.
  • Damage after delivery. Once you accept delivery, the card is in your custody. We sell Vault Shield on every drop and offer it on every listing for collectors who want extended protection.
  • Cards bought outside the platform. The guarantee covers BBM BOYZ-authenticated, BBM BOYZ-sold cards. Cards we've graded but you bought elsewhere have a more limited guarantee — read the slab insert.

How to file a claim

Email authenticity@bbmboyz.com with:

  • The order number and Card DNA™ ID.
  • High-resolution photographs of the card and slab.
  • The third-party authentication report you're relying on, if you have one.
  • Your preferred resolution.

We acknowledge claims within 24 hours and resolve the substantial majority within 14 days.

Why we offer this

Authentication only matters if it's backed by skin in the game. The guarantee is what makes the slab worth more than the cardboard inside it. We sleep better knowing we own the consequences of every grade we issue.
