Tsuru — the crane — is the tier where the inventory begins to bend toward the players whose cards collectors actually chase. Every pack contains a graded card with a published comp value of $250 or above, and the pull pool is weighted toward modern NPB stars and Japan-edition MLB inserts. The ceiling here is real: roughly one in 200 packs surfaces a graded rookie of an active MLB-bound NPB player. The cranes mate for life and live for decades; the cards in this tier are meant to do the same.
